Toni Gardemeister var imponert over sin Citroën Xsara WRC som han testet i Frankrike for noen dager siden. Med sin Astra-Racing Xsara kan han absolutt bli en av favorittene i Akropolis Rally første helgen i juni.

Toni Gardemeister som imponerte med en Peugeot 307 WRC i Monte-Carlo tar nå steget over i en Citroën Xsara WRC og kan absolutt bli en sterk utfordrer til Loeb, Grönholm og Petter i Hellas.

I"m impressed by the potential of the car and I have got immediately a very good feeling thanks to its fantastic handling and the suspensions which allowed me to push hard and go flat out also where it was very rough, explained Gardemeister.

The Xsara seems easy to drive and Toni found the limit at his first run, said Astra Racing"s Luca Pregliasco.
It"s a very good car and its proven reliability is important to help us to achieve a good result. This year the stages are new for all drivers and the experience of Toni will play an important role to manage the stages of one of the most difficult rally of the WRC.
